Fulbright Greater Los Angeles welcomed alumni and friends for Fulbright on Tap: An Inside Look at Disney Imagineering, an engaging conversation exploring the creativity, innovation, and collaboration behind Disney’s world-renowned themed entertainment experiences.

The program featured two Fulbright alumni with careers at the forefront of design and strategic planning: Stephanie Jazmines, Senior Designer at Walt Disney Imagineering, and Laura Reilly, Senior Strategy Analyst at AECOM. Together, they shared insights into the multidisciplinary world of Imagineering, where storytelling, architecture, engineering, technology, and design come together to create immersive experiences enjoyed by millions of guests around the world.

Attendees gained a behind-the-scenes perspective on the creative process, learning how international perspectives, interdisciplinary collaboration, and innovative thinking shape some of Disney’s most iconic attractions and environments. The discussion also highlighted the diverse career pathways available to Fulbright alumni and demonstrated how the values of curiosity, creativity, and global engagement extend into industries beyond academia.

Following the presentation, participants enjoyed refreshments and continued the conversation, connecting with fellow Fulbrighters and exchanging ideas in an informal setting.
